Place and Peace: Northern Ireland, Scotland, Europe

26 member David Manderson, of the Scottish Pen Writers for Peace committee, will be introducing this free ticketed event in Glasgow.

Peace is priceless. Peace is precarious. Sometimes peace comes at a cost. This reading by three writers from Northern Ireland, long resident in Scotland, takes peace and its place in the world today as its theme, its aspiration and its hope.

Featuring Bernard MacLaverty, Ciara MacLaverty and Donal McLaughlin

Date: Thursday 28 March 2019, 7-8:30 pm

Venue: Tron Theatre Victorian Bar, 63 Trongate, Glasgow G1 5HB.

Book via the Tron Theatre box office on 0141 552 4267 or online.

Are you an experienced freelance copywriter?

Then I may have work for you. My website is quite visible online and sometimes I get more requests than I can handle. Rather than turn projects down flat, I’d love to pass them your way. If you’re experienced (2+ years) at working directly with clients and writing web and other types of copy then I’m keen to hear from you. Please send your website or portfolio link to hello@ollyday.com and I’ll be in touch.
