26 Noticeboard

fireworksRemember, Remember the 9th of November

That time is nearly upon us. Yes, it’s 26Wordstock 2013, curated by the sparkling Alastair Creamer and it’s going to be a cracker! Full of literary fireworks to get your creative juices spinning faster than a Catherine Wheel, it’s the festival of the year.

Headlining this year we have Kate Mosse, who will be reading from her recently published collection of short stories ‘The Mistletoe Bride & Other Haunting Tales’; hear wise words from crisis negotiator Dick Mullender and listen as writers pitch their greatest idea to Oscar-winner David Parfitt.

We want you to exercise your creative talents, not just listen to other peoples – and you’ll find a colourful selection of workshops, writing challenges and discussions. Discover why Malcolm Blythe is fascinated by Throw Away Lines; why Ella Berthoud has The Novel Cure and why Steve Potts has the secret to your best workshop ever.

And, thanks to the Unthank Supper Club, everyone will get a wonderful lunch. Find out why Yusuf and Clarissa are getting sensational reviews for their cooking…

Come and ignite your literary tastebuds and join us at 26Wordstock. Last few tickets remaining. Get yours now at Eventbrite before it’s too late!
