Well done, Norwich.
The football team did well but our congratulations go to Norwich as a city where words mean a lot. Two recent announcements have lifted Norwich’s status. First, Arts Council backing for the development of the International Writers’ Centre; second, UNESCO’s award of ‘City of Literature’.
