Meet other 26 members and hear some amazing writing at our free event in London.
Keep an eye on our social media feeds over the next few days because we’re about to start publishing the results of our latest project, 26 Leaps.
This is our collaboration with the Bloomsbury Festival, which celebrates some of the famous and not-so-famous people who’ve been associated with this special London neighbourhood over the years.
We’ll start sharing the work online from 30th September, with daily social media posts.
We also have a special free event at the Festival – at 2pm on Saturday 12th October at Goodenough College in Bloomsbury.
There will be readings, interviews and one very exciting piece about the future, so appropriate for these days of climate emergency.
The event is free but please register in advance if you can, so we have an idea of numbers. Just click here.
We look forward to seeing many of you there. It’s on a weekend, so why not make an afternoon of it with friends and family? You’re all welcome.
26 has been proudly involved in the Bloomsbury Festival since it was founded four years ago.
This year the Festival has expanded from a long weekend to ten days of activities reflecting Bloomsbury’s cultural diversity in the arts, academia, science and innovation.
The theme this year marks the 50th
anniversary of the first moon landing in 1969.
Neil Armstrong famously took ‘one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind’. Our writers have been exploring who else in Bloomsbury’s past, present or even future has made or is making such a leap?
The results are not to be missed. So
come long, support your fellow writers, and be inspired.
