Lovely Laura Hunter is taking a step back from editing 26’s newsletter, to focus on other projects. And I’m hoping I can do her proud as I take the reins. Here’s a quick update and a hello from me.

Hi, I’m Sophie, and this is my first 26 newsletter in the editor’s chair.
A bit about me
By day, I work in-house at the NSPCC as their Senior Copywriter – being a good cop for the brand police, and generally working on all things wordy and creative. That’s actually where I met Laura, many moons ago (well, about five years). She showed me the ropes and even introduced me to 26.
I’ve been helping Laura out as an associate editor, along with Elena Bowes for the last couple of years. And I’ve taken part in several of 26’s projects too – even turning my hand to designing the odd book, and summoning some skills from my Graphic Design degree.
