Free Word Centre membership
Many of you will know the Free Word Centre as the venue for Wordstock, our annual festival of words. But did you know that we’re associate members too? This is a good thing. It’s a unique space; the only international centre for literature, literacy and free expression in the world. It also hosts a year-round programme of events and exhibitions.
As a member of 26 you can: Use the centre during the day as a flexible working or meeting space. Hire a room and get a 20% discount. Promote events on their website and in their foyer. Take part in workshops, training courses and networking events.
There’s also a great café and our favourite pub, The Betsey Trotwood, is only a tipsy hop away.
A little news from Elise Valmorbida: the Richard Mullender training day event is sold out. Tickets vanished in one day. Watch out for a second chance later in the year.
