Briefing Workshop: Stop Writing Briefs! Start Sparking Ideas.

Thursday 16 October, 10am-4.00pm
Central London

Are you writing briefs that ignite your audience’s creativity, or are you ticking boxes?

A great brief focuses on what matters, reveals the tensions worth tackling and sets creativity free.
That’s what this Briefing workshop is all about: reclaiming the brief as the most powerful tool you have to spark extraordinary work.

In this session, we will help you to:

  • Cut through the noise – sharpen what you need to achieve and why. What’s the problem?
  • Read the room – uncover the tensions that stimulate bolder thinking in those who’ll action your brief.
  • Evolve your approach – move from seeing the brief as a writing task, to one that unlocks possibilities in others.

Expect a practical, collaborative and energising session, where you will be learning skills to help you write better briefs, now and for the future.

You are asked to bring along a brief on which you’re currently working, so you can improve it during the workshop using the skills you’ve learned.

This workshop is open to anyone who has to brief other people within their work (e.g. Marketing, Insights, Research, Strategy, R&D, Innovation etc).
