Freelance Senior Writer
Hello, I’m Bee. I’m a writer. And I find ‘About me’ sections terrifying.
About me as a writer
I studied Creative Writing at the University of Greenwich, and started making my living from words in 2011.
I’ve written all kinds of things in my time, from shampoo bottles to BBC web series. From redundancy policies to workshops for teenagers.
My career in business writing started at The Writer, where I honed my writing, learned to name and dabbled with editing. After just over four years, I branched out on my own as a freelance writer. Since then, I’ve worked with big and small agencies, as well as a lemonade company, mobile phone network, patisserie and primary school. I’ve collaborated with designers and strategists, as well as labradors and lurchers. And I’ve learnt about pith, tea farms and IP law along the way.
About me as anything else
Why don’t we have a chat? You’ll probably get a much better idea of who I am than by reading my awkward attempt at an ‘About me’. Drop me a line and let’s go for tea.
(Yes, that’s a cop out.)
