Elise Valmorbida started life as an Italian Australian but then she fell in love with London. She even likes the graffiti.

Honoured by the Edinburgh International Film Festival as a Trailblazer, Elise is the script consultant and producer of award-winning indie Britfilm SAXON, released to critical acclaim in 2009. TEACHING
Elise teaches creative writing – beginners, intermediate and bespoke courses – at Central St Martin’s / University of the Arts London. She also mentors new writers developing longer works of fiction and non-fiction. At Arvon in September 2010, Elise and novelist Nick Barlay launch 'Suitcase Stories', a new writing course that explores migration.
